Hi my name is Paula and I am Mum to three wonderful children, Two girls aged 4 and nearly 3 and a wee man who is 20 mths.
I have had severe PND since not long after our son was born.
In conjunction with support from my Psychiatrist and Psycho-Analyst I am really keen to look at starting a PND group.
A safe place for Mum's and even Dad's to talk about our experiences, what we have found helpful and what has been not so helpful.
I look forward to hearing from you!
